Turn Outs

If at anytime you need to turn out of the event, please email eventsecretary@wcrarodeo.com immediately or call Eva Chadwick: 602-672-8660. Please review the ground rules for the turn out policy.
 

Livestock Draw, Competition Order and Splits:

·       Cattle will be drawn at least two hours prior to the start of the competition.
·       Splits must be submitted no less than one hour before competition begins. 

Tickets/Admission

Each athlete will receive one ticket. If athletes need to purchase additional tickets, we encourage they use the following discount:

Parking

Parking at Cowtown Coliseum will be available in Lot 5 (Dirt Lot located next to Billy Bobs)

Stall and RV Reservations

– Booking window is open – Event is called “Women’s Rodeo Week 2023” 

– Booking window closes 5/20 11:59 pm

– Stalls are in the Burnett Building in the 500s section. To have your stalls pre-bedded, reserve by May 6th. After, shavings are available at Will Rogers Memorial Center’s shavings kiosk for purchase. Stall mats will be available for purchase.

– Stalls: Dates available 5/12-5/20

– Renters can choose to book: 

5-night rate $125/stall
Full event rate (9 nights) $175/stall
Nightly Rate $65/night/stall
Shavings $14/bag

-RV spots are in the North Red Lot

-RVs $75/night

Hotel Reservations

•      There are several hotels in the area. Availability will be limited, book in advance.
•      Limited RV spots are available at Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds. Go to www.openstalls.com and login or signup to book now.

Last Chance Qualifier Reminder:

On May 17th at the Cowtown Coliseum, any athletes that earned W23 Leaderboard points and did not qualify in a specific discipline may enter the WRWC Last Chance Qualifier. Athletes may not enter the Last Chance Qualifier in any discipline they qualified in.
