2022 WRWC Athlete Packet

Congratulations on your participation in the 2022 Women’s Rodeo World Championship. We hope you enjoy your time in Fort Worth, TX and you become the next contender or continue your journey for the $1 million Triple Crown of Rodeo Bonus!

We have put together the following information to give you some insight on what to expect and to make your arrival easier. (There are some maps located at the very end of the document.)

10:30 am-11:30 am – Athlete check-in (inside Cowtown Coliseum, use northeast alley door closest to the stock alley)
11:30am-12:00pm – Athlete meeting in stands of Cowtown Coliseum
12:00pm-1:00pm – Athlete Introductions on steps in front of Cowtown Coliseum
2:00pm-3:00pm – Open arena for Barrel Racing Athletes

Ground Rules

Before entering this event, please be sure to review the event ground rules and competition rules posted here

Livestock Draw, Competition Order and Splits

·       Cattle will be drawn at least two hours prior to the start of the competition.
·       Cattle will be ran through the arena at 10:00am on Monday morning

Tickets/Admission

·       Competition on Monday and Tuesday are free to the public.
·       Athlete’s advancing to the Wednesday performance are entitled to one (1) companion ticket. At check-in you will be asked if you will be using this ticket. If you do, only one will be issued. Any additional tickets needed will be available for purchase at https://cowtowncoliseum.com/

Parking

Parking at Cowtown Coliseum will be available in Lot 5 (Dirt Lot located next to Billy Bobs)

Stall and RV Reservations

For stall and RV reservations, please go to www.openstalls.com and login or signup.
 

Hotel Reservations

•      There are several hotels in the area. Availability will be limited. Follow this link to book.
•      RV spots are available at Will Rogers Memorial Center. Go to www.openstalls.com and log in or signup to book now.
